BTS are set to be hitting a toy shelf near you.
On February 15, in having their biggest product reveal day of the year, Funko unveiled an entire set of BTS vinyl figurines as part of their newest releases at the New York Toy Fair.
The colourful design of the pop figurines themselves are based on a set of concept photos from the group’s most recent release, Love Yourself 結 ‘Answer.’
This marks the second announcement of upcoming BTS figurines this year. Last month, Mattel had confirmed a collaboration with the South Korean powerhouse at the Hong Kong Toys & Games Fair and on their official Twitter account earlier in January.
Renown for their pop culture collectibles, the U.S. company, has been announcing their new line of Pop figures every half hour throughout the day today having initially started around 5 am. Along with BTS, other significant icons in the pop culture scene who were revealed to be getting their figurines include KISS, Johnny Cash, NYSNC, Post Malone, Migos, and the Backstreet Boys.
The figures will all have individual releases and a full set with all seven members will be exclusively sold at Barnes & Noble. The pop vinvyls are said to be released sometime during May. Preorders for the BTS Pop figurines can be placed FYE, Entertainment Earth, and Pop In A Box.
