The Kpop group continues to celebrate success, taking home three trophies at the award ceremony during album promotions.
On August 30, BTS received the New Korean Wave World Social Artist, Bonsang Best Artist Award, and this year’s first prestigious Artist Daesang Award at the 2018 Soribada Best K-Music Awards.
Congratulations to @BTS_twt for their Daesang win at the 2018 #SoribadaAwards! Translation of the speech below.

The event was held at Olympic Park Gymnastics Arena and is Soribada’s second awards ceremony after holding a show for the first time last year where BTS were awarded the New Korean Wave Artist Award despite not being in attendance. The ceremony’s awards are said to be given out based on digital music platform’s data in addition to votes made online or through mobile.
Along with a stellar lineup of Kpop acts, the group also performed their latest title track, Idol, and an encore stage of Fake Love. Check out the video of Soribada’s award show below!
