After initial rumours, it has been confirmed that a film adaptation of BTS’ YouTube Red series, ‘Burn The Stage’, is expected to hit cinemas later this year.
‘Burn The Stage: The Movie’ is set for international release on November 15, and have a running time of 85. While the eight-part YouTube Red series has been condensed to film-length, the movie will also include new footage not included in the original documentary. Discussions for its release outside of South Korea are currently being done.
Burn the Stage: The Movie will be premiered on Nov 15 at CGV theaters. They are planning to release overseas such as US, Australia, etc. It's made out from YT series but re-edited into a 85-minute movie adding extra scenes which aren't shown on YT series.@BTS_twt #BurnTheStage https://t.co/8n4viSbxLQ

Initial speculation had risen just days before the film’s confirmation after various social media posts by South Korean ARMYs had become viral among fans. Such posts contained images of theatrical poster for ‘Burn The Stage: The Movie’ at a CGV cinema and bus stop in South Korea.

Rumours were further ignited as the film also appeared on websites belonging to other international cinemas, U.S. based AMC Theatres and Australian Village Cinemas. The web pages have since been taken down which had lead fans to believe that such information was a possible leak.
AMC theatres in US and Village Cinemas located in Australia have a movienamed "Burn The Stage: The Movie" listed, it will release November 15th.
