On June 13th, BTS celebrated their 5th anniversary as a group. Debuting in the year 2013, the septet would have never thought the influence they would have on the global music scene. With their first major win happening in the year 2015, the boys have continued to break records and maintain their winning streak.
Surpassing global artists including Justin Bieber and Ariana Grande, BTS have won top accolades including Top Social Artist Award at the Billboard Music Awards (twice). Noticing their growing influence, the group was made part of popular shows like The Ellen deGeneres Show and The Late Late Show with James Corden. On domestic front, the group have won prestigious awards like Daesang. After Super Junior, BIGBANG and EXO, BTS is the only K-Pop group that has been able to create such an impact on the audience and the music industry.
